LORSAM Enterprises is a partnership founded in 2004 and operated by Samantha (Sam) Szulerecki and Loretta (Lori) Maguire. They are Mobile Home Brokers licensed by the state of Florida. Before starting the company Sam had over twenty years experience in retail sales/retail management and has owned two successful businesses in Brandon, FL. Lori has an MBA in Management and was formerly the CFO of a regional Goodwill Industries and two private colleges. Since 2002, Lori and Sam have owned, lived, invested, renovated, sold and rented manufactured homes in "The Gardens", Parrish, Florida.
